7.0Sehr schöne Lage. Riesen Grundstück. Am Wasser. Mit Boote.
− Insgesamt schon etwas reperaturfällig. Beim Billiardtisch fehlt es an an funktionfähige Cues und die 2 fehlt auch.Kuhlschranklicht ist im Penthaus kaputt. Haustürgriff ist locker. Saunatür geht sehr schwer zu.
