7.0Great location! Very close to the center of Lavagna (3-5 min walk), to the train station (8 min walk), and to the beach (8-10 min walk). This apartment takes the whole ground floor of the 3-story building, and there seem to be 3 local families living on other floors. Very spacious - we haven't even used the dining room much, since the kitchen also has a table. The house, surroundings, furniture give a very strong rustic feeling, if it's your thing. A house with a 'character'. Even in the summer it doesn't get hot in the house, and if you open the windows you can get a nice refreshing draft. The host is the local real estate agency located on the main street of the town, so we often bumped into each other in coffee shops - all our queries were responded to very promptly. The beds were comfortable, with nice sheets. The apartment is equipped well: with a kettle (albeit it requires cleaning), dishwasher, washing machine, iron, iron board, etc.
− The rustic feeling was not our thing :) Everything in the house felt quite dated: the squeaky wooden wardrobes, wooden doors that don't close well, the toilet door that doesn't lock because it doesn't fit the frame. The house kind of smells old. The outdoor seating is nice but not very convenient to go to from the house, as you have to go out of the apartment, then out of the house, and walk around the house.

9.0Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία σε ήσυχη και ασφαλή γειτονιά. Υπέροχος και πολύ περιποιημένος κήπος. Η ηρεμία του σπιτιού σε όλο της το μεγαλείο.
− Παρά το γεγονός ότι δεν χρειάστηκε καθόλου, ίσως η προσθήκη κλιματισμού να ήταν σημαντικό πλεονέκτημα για τις πολύ ζεστές μέρες του καλοκαιριού.

10.0Everything was great! The sea is just a few minutes’ walk away, and there are shops and everything you need nearby. We especially appreciated the parking on the property — that was very important for us. The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly like in the photos. Thanks to the hosts for their hospitality — we’ll definitely come back!
