9.0Дом очень интересный, на первом этаже вместительная гостинная комната и кухня(на первое время есть всё необходимое: губки, мыло итд.) с выходом на терассу. Второй этаж - 3 спальни. Из одной спальни выход на крышу! Вид шикарный! Вокруг тихо и спокойно, хотя дом внутри старого города. Люди гуляют, но не шумят. У дома парковки нет, но у нас ни разу не возникло проблем с парковкой за пределами старого города. Площадок достаточно.
− На телевизоре нет ютуба. Система кондиционирования странная...влючается в одной спальне и распространяется по двум оставшимся, т.е. если ты замёрз ночью и тебе хотелось бы отключить кондиционер, нужно идти в соседнюю спальню. В первый же вечер у нас сломалась посудомоечная машина и нам её так и не отремонтировали.

8.0The apartment is located in a beautifull and quit part of the old town of Alcudia. The rooms are clean, the whole.apartment is big enough for 3 couples and well equiped.
− There was no toilet papier in the toilets or washing powder in the kitchen. The AC Can not be set up separatelly in the bedrooms and and the first room there was all the time much more cold as in the others

Good to know
The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines
In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the day of check-out, no garbage should be left on the property. Guests are responsible for removing it; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management.
Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
