9.0Great location however a little noisy...I guess it was world cup and very hot so all windows opened. The house was lovely and everything we needed was there for us
− Just missing a full length mirror. Everything else wonderful
A lovely trip to the Lake District with family who had travelled from Thailand!
8.0Internally the property was excellent, well equipped and comfortable with modern fittings in the kitchen/utility and bathrooms. Lovely hot water! Beds very comfortable.
− The property was let down a little by the condition of the road and properties nearby which were not up to the same standard as Sheila's cottage
Walks from the door. We had a fabulous 4 days.
9.0Decor: Fresh and clean. Quiet cottage. Great location for the town.
− No parking on site. Parking in the nearby car park, with a parking permit, was a bit hit and miss. Particularly at the weekend, when the weather was good.
Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable.
10.0The cottage was in the perfect location for visiting the village, close to amenities and very homey for our little family to enjoy and relax on our break.
− Nothing we didn’t like.
