El alojamiento es tal y lo que ves en las fotos, cómodo, moderno, cuidado, con todo lujo de detalles como para sentirte en tu casa. La piscina está genial para ser una urbanización privada, zona tranquila y sin ruidos. La ubicación es excelente y tiene parking privado en el edificio, puedes ir caminando fácilmente a cualquier parte de la zona, playa, supermercados… por no hablar de que tiene un Mercadona a 3 minutos y un supermercado a buen precio justo en frente. Abel fue muy atento con nosotros, y muy flexible en las horas de entrada y salida. Repetiremos seguro!!! Gracias

L'emplacement car tout est accessible a pied, l'équipement de l'appartement et les attentions café, boissons, thé, gâteaux etc. La propreté de l'appartement ainsi que du linges. La facilité d'échanger avec le propriétaire et la réactivité. C'était parfait. Je recommande vivement

− Un peu compliqué pour trouver exactement l'entrée, il faudrai indiqué Los Molinos. Pas de numéro a l'entrée du bâtiment Dommage que ce soit 2 lits d'une personne

Nice apartment in a not so nice complex

The host was wonderful allowing me to stay in the apartment after check out and attent all the time. The apartment has just been renovated, and it is clean and spacious, with facilities you don't usually find in this type of apartments as blender and iron.

− The building is currently under renovation. The apartment is on a first floor so sometimes you could get a bit of noise, but was not too bad. The complex is not close to the beach, about 20 minutes walking. But the bigest handicap in my opinion was the fact that the apartment has not got a terrace nor balcony, which I think is very important while one is on holidays.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt im Appartement Peka’s Place. Die Lage ist optimal – ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral (Avenida de Tirajana) alles schnell erreichbar (Strand, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Nähe zum San Fernando). Das Appartement war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf Details gelegt wird. Besonders angenehm war der gute Zustand der Einrichtung und die bequemen Betten. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert, freundlich und zuverlässig. Check-in und Check-out liefen problemlos. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Appartement – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

I loved everything. The communication and location is superb. The apartment is beautiful and has everything one needs. The host left some refreshments for me and helpful instructions about gaining access. In future I will always book to stay there and look forward to visiting again.
