Nothing . Everything is just dirty , never cleaned up. And the owner very rude.

− Swimming pool out of service we were never told that . Room very dirty. Hair on the bed . It was just disgusting.

Super quiet outside the buzz of Melbourne, comfy beds. We didn't get to meet the owners in-person but we experienced good communication re access, lock up and sleeping arrangements. Both of us had a great night's sleep here.

− The room could do with some dusting but other than that we thought our stay was great value for money.

Was there from 9pm to 5 am it suited my purpose somewhere for me and my dog to rest the night it was 1.5 hrs from spirit

Rude, abusive and inhuman host. Dirty and Stinky room and house.

Location was ok if you like peace .

− Room was dirty and stinky. I knew the hotel was 1 star rating before booking. I booked because they allowed pet. The host was very rude. I booked this room temporary stay for the lady who has some kind of intellectual disability. I got call from Host around 6 am in the morning asking to remove her from premise immediately accusing her that she went to other room and smoked inside and she was noisy and disturbing other customers and threatening to call police to remove her from the hotel otherwise. I told her to wait until 10 am then, we take her another place. But she didn't listen to me and kept insisting to remove her. So I went to the hotel immediately and reached around 6:30. I checked the lady. She was sleeping in her room. I called her out and asked her if she smoked inside and went to other room. She refused all that host accused for. She did not have any issue with other hotel before that. Host , Lucy came around 7 am and again I told her to wait and explained the circumstances but she told her to leave immediately and threatened that she will call police immediately if she doesn't leave immediately. Host snached the room key her and started to throw her belongings out without her consent. Our lady was very stressful and started crying. I remove her and her dog from premise and put her in the car. We stayed in the road until my friend came to collect her belongings around 8:30. The way the host treated was abusive and inhuman. It's against human rights. I have not seen any host like this before. I do not recommend anybody to stay in this hotel.
