8.0La ubicación y la pareja que nos recibió al llegar muy amable y muy buenas personas y el apartamento en sí está muy bien

Apartamento luminoso y espacioso frente al mar
7.0La ubicación es excepcional. Vistas al mar, primera línea, restaurantes y supermercados cerca. En cuanto al interior del piso, es muy amplio y tiene mucho espacio y luz. Otro punto positivo es que la bomba de calor tiene potencia suficiente para calentar el piso completo, habiendo solo dos splits (fuimos en febrero).
− Considero que el sofá está muy deteriorado (te hundes cuando te sientas). Asimismo, en la cocina no había agua caliente (directamente no hay toma de agua caliente). Por último, comentar que el parking es exterior, no cubierto (a tener en cuenta si es verano).
