− This property is unacceptable. We were given the wrong location, leading to an hour of wasted travel. The apartment is not suitable for five people (the sofa bed mattress is unusable), and the bedding was dirty. Most importantly, the infrastructure is hazardous - we experienced an electrical short that caused a fire, and the host ignored our report.

7.0El departamento es amplio y cómodo. Está MUY bien ubicado. La limpieza estaba bien. Cuenta con cocina relativamente equipada, aire acondicionado en la pieza y un TV smart en el living.
− La comunicación con la dueña no fue muy fluida, me avisó una hora antes de llegar a la ciudad que no iba a estar disponible. Después me dijo que si. Nos hizo esperar 3 horas con los bolsos en la calle porque el check in era a las 15 hs, teniendo el departamento vacío. No tiene guarda de equipaje, y si le pedis pagarle un proporcional porque tu viaje sale más tarde del horario del check out (11am) te dice que tiene que cobrarte un día extra. Asique si aceptas sus términos y condiciones el departamento está bien. No pidas flexibilidad porque no la hay.
