10.0Very clean, very well equipped appartment, the shower-cabin is especially large and comfortable. There was everything in the flat what we needed. Bus-stop of line nr 7 is in 50 meters, so it's very easy to get to Piazzale Roma in Venice.

8.0We had everything we needed in the apartment! Everything was clean, nicely decorated and tidy. For the price we paid it was a really good deal! All 4 of us were happy with it!
− We didn't find instructions on how to turn on the heater and it took us some time to figure out, since the owner took a few hours to respond. But other than that everything was good!
We enjoyed visiting Venice. Gio was very helpful and the it is really easy to get to Venice from the flat.

I received what was mostly promised for the amount of cost for room.
7.0It was Fair, not much to eat for three people. Think we had a small package of Danish rolls. The price was good for having three adults.
− Micro wave didn't work. Climbing the stairs to the rooms. The location of hotel was marginal. Used taxi to go into Venice this was costly for over and back. Could have stayed in Venice. Just as cheap and saved taxi fairs.
