8.0Very conviently located in Windermere, near Booths and the station with lots of cafes nearby. We managed to park at the property which was great. Really nicely decorated (although the bedside lights could do with warmer bulbs). Good supply of teas and coffees, and the fudge is a lovely touch.
− The room was incredibly warm, and as it’s near the main road it was quite noisy with the window open. It seemed as though the shower gel had been watered down.

Nothing short of a dream, the real meaning of luxury of home in the lakes
10.0the penn was warm, welcoming and homely. the location is fantastic and just a short walk into windermere and about 20 mins to bowness. the room was equipped with a fan as it was hot, without having to request one, the bed was comfy and well needed after a day on the hills. and the shower , WOW don’t get me started on how good that was, with the added bonus of a bath to get them legs up oh and my i add they gave us a bath bomb, like cmon unreal, exceptional place, 100% recommend to friends family and my dog because yes it’s pet friendly
− not one single thing that even nearly springs to mind, maybe that i can’t stay here EVERY week
