Très bel appartement qui demande à être remis en état.
7.0La vue magnifique, la modernité, l accès par code, l espace. Literie et linge de lit parfait ! très propre. Salle de bain parfait ! Le parking privé. Proximité de la plage. A 15 minutes du Centre de Dubrovnik. Proche d un magasin alimentaire (à 2 minutes en voiture)
− La propreté moyen (les sols, les coins et derrière les lits, pas entretenu. Appartement qui demande à être finalisé (spots et prises détachées du plafond et des murs. Peinture à refaire. Pas de table de chevets. Rien pour poser lunettes, médicaments, livre, téléphone. Il y a juste le lit et un placard dressing.

8.0Las vistas al mar y la climatización. Zona muy tranquila con supermercados y restaurantes cercanos.
− La terraza no tiene barandilla. Le faltan algunas cosas básicas como tendedero o cajoneras en los armarios, y la ducha de la habitación es algo incómoda porque salpica demasiado hacia afuera y acaba todo el suelo empapado.. Pero por lo demás el apartamento está muy bien

9.0Blisko do morza, piękny widok z ogromnego okna.
− Blisko drogi, przez co jest nieco jadłaś siedząc na tarasie, ale widok wynagradza. Sypialnie są z drugiej strony więc cichutko w nich.

5.0Widok z tarasu na morze . Szybki dojazd do Dubrownika ( około 20 minut ) . Blisko przystanku i dwóch dobrych restauracji .
− Niestety dom nad główna ulica . Huk przejeżdżających samochodów potrafi skutecznie zniechęcić do siedzenia na tarasie . Apartament nie do końca posprzątany . Kontakt z osobą opiekującą się apartamentem bardzo słaby . Psująca się klimatyzacja , zalewający łazienkę niedrożny prysznic . Szczerze za tą cenę nie polecam
