9.0Eine sehr ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnungsanlage. Ein schönes altes rustikales Haus mit einem sauberen ausreichend großen Pool zum schwimmen. Daneben liegt ein kleiner nicht ganz so tiefer Pool für Kinder. Gefallen hat und uns, daß wir nahezu die gesamte Zeit das Gelände für uns alleine hatten.
− Die Elektrogeräte sind entweder sehr alt( eine Mini-Kaffeemaschine mit einem Dauerfilter, der nicht tut was er soll) oder sehr sehr günstige Produkte wie der Sandwichtoaster oder der Fön. Die Küchenutensilien haben ihre beste Zeit hinter sich, man kann damit aber noch etwas in der Küche bewirken😉.- Es war grundsätzlich nicht schmutzig, aber es gab einige Stellen, die waren einfach deutlich staubig. Und als Allergiker hat man dann schon mal ratz fatz die Nase zu.

5.0La piscina, estaba muy limpia, los jardines esplendidos con una variedad de plantas enorme y la ubicación para poderse desplazar a cualquier punto.
− El edificio en si necesita un mantenimiento, no hay que olvidar que es de 1893, el apartamento esta acondicionado en estilo antiguo pero con muebles un poco viejos, las camas super estrechas no creo que llegasen a 90 cms. y el baño ya remodelación total, ducha en triangulo que entras y te quedas encajonado entre la pared y la mampara la cual tenia rota una hoja y habían colocado una cortina de baño. Hay que tener en cuenta que no hay productos de aseo y en la cocina ni un poco de sal o azucar

10.0El alojamiento es espectacular, piscina excelente, una casa que te transporta a otra época, una anfitriona excelente que te cuenta la historia de la casa y está en el lugar perfecto para moverse por esa preciosa isla

Eine angenehm ruhige und schön angelegte Villa mit 4 Apartements, zwischen Santa Cruz und Flughafen.
8.0Die Lage und die ganze Anlage mit Pool, Garten und Sitzplätzen ist sehr gut und ruhig. Die Einrichtung ist spanisch - rustikal und für ein Paar sehr gut geeignet.
− Im Schlafbereich stehen 2 Einzelbetten, die wir lieber als Doppelbett eingerichtet hätten. Der 2-flammige Herd in der Kochzeile braucht lange, um auf Touren zu kommen.
