Decent stay but the pictures are better than in person.
7.0The beds were cozy and the showers had great water pressure. The garden was very nice.
− The hot tube was not clean and the outside area was not clean or welcoming. The inside was nice once the air conditioner was on but very limited windows had screens, if we wanted to get fresh air. The house had a number of doors but all the doors were on a different lock so we could not open any doors except for the front door. The upstairs room had no screens and no a/c so the room was either too warm or upon opening the windows had mosquitoes all night.
Lots of minor things impacted an otherwise nice stay
4.0Appreciated a pet friendly property, the layout and view were nice and the neighbours were lovely
− There were quite a few issues. No curtains in 2/3 rooms - the master bedroom literally had tinfoil blocking the windows. There was no key provided for any of the doors other than the front door so we couldn’t enjoy the property as designed. We had to let a plumber in to do some repairs The heat pump had no remote so couldn’t work. The service we received from waiheke pure was slow and mostly unhelpful

6.0Property had a spa pool which was good for the kids and the location was very central.
− Not very clean, especially bathrooms. One shower head broken. We could not check in until after 4pm. Missing blinds/curtains in 2 out of the 3 bedrooms. Security system flashing and keeping us awake at night. Kitchen not very well stocked.

− Unfortunately, the fridge wasn’t working for the first day. We had to call the property manager and they unlocked another fridge that was at the laundry. Luckily we didn’t have any food that could have gone bad.
