We had a truly memorable stay at this property. The style feels very old money—elegant and timeless—with an exceptional view and breathtaking landscape all around. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. There’s no food included, but the owner kindly allows guests to prepare their own meals, even grilled dishes, which made the experience feel even more personal. Since there are other guests on site, it’s important to leave everything clean and in order, which we found to be very fair and well-organized. Another highlight was the pool, which added great comfort to the stay. For those who enjoy both relaxing and partying, it was especially convenient since the owner allowed us to use it at any time, even during the night. The pool also turned out to be a real advantage in the evenings—when the weather at the beach became too windy or unsafe, we could still enjoy a swim in total comfort right at the property. The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming, offering us excellent recommendations on where to go, what to see, and the best places to eat in the area. His guidance made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, this was a perfect stay—charming atmosphere, stunning surroundings, and warm hospitality.

− That said, a couple of things to be aware of: be prepared to walk four levels up with luggage, as there is no lift—think of it as a bit of extra sport and exercise. Also, after around 7 PM, the weather tends to change quickly; it can get windy, cloudy, and rainy, so it’s wise to pack accordingly.

Ho avuto la fortuna di soggiornare a La Galetta a Vico Equense e posso dire senza esitazione che è stata una delle esperienze più belle che abbia mai vissuto in Costiera! Innanzitutto, desidero ringraziare di cuore Vittorio e Andrea, due padroni di casa straordinari: accoglienti, gentili e sempre pronti a far sentire gli ospiti come a casa. La loro disponibilità e la capacità di venire incontro ad ogni esigenza rendono il soggiorno ancora più piacevole e rilassante. È raro trovare persone così attente e premurose, ed è proprio questo che fa la differenza. La struttura è semplicemente incantevole. La vista mozzafiato che si gode da La Galetta è qualcosa di indescrivibile: il mare, il Golfo di Napoli, il Vesuvio sullo sfondo… uno spettacolo che ti accompagna dal mattino alla sera e che ti fa innamorare di questo luogo già al primo sguardo. Anche la posizione è davvero strategica: Vico Equense è una base perfetta per esplorare tutta la Costiera Sorrentina e Amalfitana, raggiungere Capri con i collegamenti veloci, visitare Napoli e Pompei, ma allo stesso tempo offre la tranquillità di un borgo autentico e caratteristico, lontano dal caos ma vicino a tutto. Le camere sono curate, confortevoli e dotate di tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno piacevole. Ogni dettaglio è pensato con gusto e attenzione, creando un ambiente accogliente che rispecchia l’amore e la passione di chi gestisce la struttura. In poche parole, La Galetta è il posto ideale per chi cerca relax, bellezza e ospitalità di alto livello. Consiglio vivamente di sceglierla a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza autentica e indimenticabile . Sicuramente tornerò, perché posti così meritano di essere rivissuti più volte!

Absolutely stunning location with views from Vesuvius west to Capri. The property takes up the entire headland of Capo Gala of Vico Equense. Vico is 3 min drive away. Bikini beach is next door, as well Bikini Beach Club Restaurant! Make sure to go there! What a treat!!! Across the road is a snack bar with delicious sandwiches, pizza, beer. Make sure to go there as well! It is awesome!The big villa itself has four spacious bedrooms, all with AC. 3 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, dining room and big living room. Internet is reliable and very fast. The shared pool is gorgeous. You have to climb a few steps to get there, but it is well maintained and provides a much needed exercise. Good parking is available. The host Andrea is a Renaissance man who speaks 5 languages and goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

The location was great. Just outside of the towns. The view was amazing any direction you looked. Mauro and Giuseppe were amazing. They were professional, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were nice. It is a very spacious villa.
