7.0The room was well appointed, having everything I needed for the one night. It was about a 10 minute walk from the Penmare station. For the area, it is also a good price for a private room.
− I think this is really a situation of “you get what you pay for”. It’s a room in someone’s house, with thin walls, doors, and floors. If that works for you, this is a solid version of that.

Good location, disappointing breakfast.
8.0The B&B was in a very convenient position to visit our daughter who is at Uni in Falmouth. The park opposite was very pretty and full of exotic plants.
− We booked a 3 night stay and were given 3 tea bags and 2 coffee bags in our bedroom for the duration. The “breakfast room” was OK but there were only a few sweet cereals to choose from and the jams, in the fridge, were all empty. There was no coffee on offer.

9.0Very comfortable night’s sleep. Tidy room with space to stretch out and mine had great top-floor windows (privacy, good light and a view of green treetops). Straightforward walk into town. Lovely hosts, both human and cat.

9.0The owners were friendly and it had homely atmosphere. Loved the cat! There was safe storage for our bikes in garden.
− It would have been useful to have access to another toilet and sink, when the bathroom was in use.
