5.0Environment and greenery around
− Staff not courteous and were not hospitable.

5.0They gave us early Checkin and upgraded us after 2 days of our stay, I believe is because we complained about the hygiene of the room we were staying in.
− Breakfast: no variety of breakfast plus everything was Indian except for bread toast. Hygiene: such a lovely property but needs more lookout on hygiene.

9.0Location, architecture,ambience,use of the nature's gradient as it is without spoling it or inducing damage to it.And mainly staff behaviour and effort they take to make us comfort. Also beautiful photographs and wall colour(forest green).
− Local cuisine can be kept.. Bamboo can be avoided for furniture as the climate makes it to damage faste due to microorganisms growth

− Bathroom 1.Shower glass can be provided. 2.No racks given in shower area 3.No hook hangers given in the bathroom 4.Shower height need to be at least 6 inches above from current location 5.Hair dryer missing 6.At least 2 foot towels need to be provided. Only 1 was given unless we ask for 2. Room 1.Always provide 2 towels. Why always 1 towel is given ? 2.At least 2 water bottles must be provided. Why always 1 is provided? 3.Plug points need to be next to both sides of the bed. 4.No mirror given in the room 5.Iron was provided on request. But what about the iron board ? 6.Clothes hangers only one was provided. 7.Beddings always have some moisture. May be due to the mud house. Please figure out a way to heat the room when required. 8.At least one bright light is missing in the room. Its very difficult to find stuff in the warm lights. 9.Rooms are not inspected properly. We found used crockeries. Restaurant: 1.Spoon, knife and fork must be provided all the time. Why we need to ask for them every time ? 2.Salt and pepper need to be present at table at all times. We need to ask always. 3.Waiting time is high even though the arrival time and menu is given before hand Booking 1.No way to pay via credit card
