Excellent location, lovely marina view ( photo ), supermarkets near, Santa Elena and other restaurants nearby were superb. Pleasant and relaxed atmosphere around the marina. Roof terrace was well furnished and we used it every single day. Kitchen was suitably equiped, washing machine was great. Beds were comfortable. Air-conditioning was very effective in bedrooms and living area.

− On arrival we were shocked that one of the tall and heavy wardrobe doors was completely off its hinges, just leant against the wardrobe ( photo ). Totally dangerous. Why was it left ? The bathroom needs a deep clean or complete refit. It is just too tired with a cracked WC bowl. The grout around the shower everywhere is full of black mould. It looked uncared for and just too unhygienic (photos). Were were left with ONE tea towel and one hand towel in the bathroom for ten days?! On the lower terrace outside the kitchen window a small table and chair was covered in considerable bird excrement (photo). When I spoke to owners by telephone on arrival I was told not to worry about the wardrobe door and that there are swallows nest in the eaves and nothing could be done about the mess?! I suggest that a netting could be put up, just like we saw in many restaurants. Leaving it as is for our entire ten days was simply unacceptable. We couldn't use the lower terrace at all and it looked awful. There is large scale road and pavement resurfacing work going on directly outside the apartment (photos) . We appreciate this is not in the control of the owners. But honesty about it would have been appreciated in advance so we wouldn't have had such a shock on driving in. The cutting and grinding of stone tiles all day long directly under the rooftop terrace meant we were unable talk or listen to music a lot of the time and the dust created made the terrace furniture, floor and the drying clothes so dusty every day. If the raised issues were corrected and when the road works are completed, the place could be value for money. Sadly for us that was not the case.

The apartment was in a lovely location with superb views over the harbour from both a balcony and an extremely well appointed roof terrace.

− No advance notification of key safe code. Had to contact the host by phone on arrival.

Большая квартира, чистая.

− Отвратительные дешевые бонельные матрасы на таких же дешевых прогнутых основаниях. Если есть проблемы со спиной, намучаетесь . Очень слабый напор в душе. Хозяин потребовал выехать в 10 утра( хорошо еще не 6 ). Хотя квартира забронирована в этот день не была.

Нам все сподобалось. Відчувається турбота власників помешкання до гостей. Зручне розташування. Поряд пляж, Маріна та смачна сімейна таверна Santa Elena, на першому поверсі кафе-морозиво. Обовязково повернемось на відпочинок.

− Недоліків немає. Не встигли сходити на рибалку , хоча власники помешкання ще при заселені написали про додатковий інвентар у коморі. Плануємо повернутись

Perfect choice for staying in Cyprus

We had a wonderful week in Cyprus with the facilities in this beautiful apartment. We couldn't believe it, but it was even better than it looked in the photos. The apartment is really generous in size, everything was coordinated, clean and functional. Many gadgets that will make the guests' stay more enjoyable: a game console for children, a clothes dryer, sun loungers and chairs on the terrace, a grill with charcoal. A washing machine with practical programs. A nice welcome pack, exemplary communication with the owners. We recommend it to everyone!

− The local beach is really a few minutes walk away, you can rent sun loungers. Unfortunately, the water was not completely clean at the time of our stay, so we preferred other beaches. The free kayaks are shared with another apartment, so you can only borrow them for a limited time. As many previous guests have written, the water pressure in the shower is low, but it is manageable.
