Nice place to stay for a short stay! Rooms were comfy and kitchen had all we needed

Great location. Roshan's place has everything you need for a safe family stay. Veranda is private and provides extra space for relaxation. 2 min walk to beach and snorkeling. All the kitchen utensils you require for self-catering. Good quality hair dryer. Good lighting. Washing machine was very handy as we stayed 8 nights. Easy bus ride to shops. Leave your beach towels at home.

L’appartamento è molto spazioso, moderno e comodo, il piano terra e il parcheggio sono sicuramente “plus”. Il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare l’acqua al nostro arrivo e la cucina è fornita (mancano olio, sale, scottex ecc ma ha tutto ciò che serve). La pulizia è molto buona e il balcone a disposizione è molto grande. La posizione è comoda, dei dintorni non posso parlare perché ci siamo mossi solo in macchina fuori zona, l’accesso alla spiaggia pubblica è a 3 passi e ci sembrava Comunque un quartiere tranquillo (mai avuto problemi o timore).

− L’appartamento in sé è piacevole, però avevamo dei vicini che per due giorni consecutivi (Mattino e sera) hanno tenuto la musica altissima e festeggiavano in cortile, quindi decisamente non un ambiente silenzioso. Tutto era pulito, abbiamo solo visto una blatta in bagno - probabilmente uscita dai tubi dopo una forte pioggia.

Ubytování čisté, prostorné, perfektně vybavené, není co vytknout. Polohoha vynikající, pláž Blue Bay 80 m. Majitel Roshan - super člověk, reagoval ihned na jakékoliv přání, dovezl grill, zahradní nábytek na terasu. Donesl nám Vánoční dárek (prvotřídní líčí). 👌

Inside had all the comforts and lots of extras. Comfy beds and pillows and lots of extras. Beach towels was a nice extra. Close walk to beach. Good water pressure in both bathrooms.

− This is a basement apartment. It had a musty ongoing smell. Arrived and key didn't work. Contacted owner who was overseas. Took half an hour to learn cleaning lady had locked door from inside.she returned and unlocked. 4 deadbolt on front door and heavy security throughout. Large wrap around verandah is accessible to anyone from the street. We did not feel safe using it and had a man just arrive one morning to sweep without us knowing he was coming. House was full of mosquitoes..never had this at other stays.upstairs were doing major renovations and throwing rubble down in a pit next to verandah. Massive noise. Despite inside being comfortable I can't recommend staying there.

Unterkunft ist mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat viele Tipps zur Anreise gegeben. Nur wenige Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt.

− Strenger Geruch nach Putzmitteln!? Im Haus war eine Baustelle, die Krach verursacht hat.
