An amazing place to stay!
8.0The location is brilliant and the rooms and facilities very good. We really enjoyed our one night stay.
− The TV was quite small for the room and we could hear our neighbours. Both points were not a problem for us.

Good location. Room a bit tired and staff not responding.

− The staff said they would contact me as l informed them l could only stay one night as my wife wasn’t able to come with me so l asked if there was anything they could do. They said they would look into it and would email me but there has been no response.

9.0The location, spacious room
− We were not notified an event was on therefore went to an entrance which was closed and had to figure out how to get in. We were not from area. This also causes issues when booked Taxis even though we explained this on the phone they ignored
Very comfortable and clean
9.0The room was spacious, very clean and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. There was complementary access to the Swiss garden and lots of outdoor space to enjoy.
− The room over looked the carpark. To be fair you couldn't see this from the bed. However as there was a car club event the weekend we stayed, it was quite busy. There was a toilet on the ground floor that the campers were able to use. Unfortunately not all of them were considerate about slamming doors. There was a picture of a vase on the wall, when in the dark, it looked like a snarling face with mad hair. Which could be rather off putting if you are there for a romantic break.
