We had a fantastic stay at "Shanti Life Wooden House" and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Everything here is just perfect! What we loved most: - Service & Staff: The staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful. We felt at home from the very first minute. Their local knowledge was invaluable; they provided excellent recommendations for restaurants, helped us arrange a scooter rental, and shared great tips for sightseeing. The service is truly impeccable and they go above and beyond to make your stay special. - Facilities & Comfort: The premises are beautiful and very well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the beds are extremely comfortable. Having a cooking facility in the wooden house was also a great convenience. - Cleanliness: Everything was spotlessly clean – we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. - Wellness & Relaxation: The pool is a dream and the perfect place to unwind. Also, don't miss out on the on-site massage – it was a fantastic highlight and highly recommended! We truly enjoyed our time here and would return in a heartbeat. A huge thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable experience!

The house and its location are everything you could dream of if you want to relax, slow down, and escape the crowds of South Bali or Ubud. The village is peaceful yet has plenty of lovely restaurants just a few minutes away. The wooden house is beautifully designed and very well equipped — even with a washing machine outside so you can do your laundry. In the mornings, you’ll be greeted by chickens and cocks wandering right in front of your door, adding to the authentic village charm. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, and each bedroom comes with its own private bathroom. A special touch was the fridge, thoughtfully stocked by the owner with plenty of treats, just like a hotel minibar — something we found incredibly handy. The owner is very kind, attentive, and arranged for us a massage at the house, a snorkeling tour with a view on Java volcanoes (unforgettable) and a ride to the airport. Staying here was truly one of the highlights of our time in Bali. We couldn’t recommend it more!
