9.0L’appartement est très beau , confortable . Très bien situé dans le centre , à 7min à pied de la gare . Chambre spacieuse , cuisine avec tout le nécessaire
− La salle de bain un peu étroite surtout avec les toilettes dedans. Pour le petit - déjeuner , des courses en suffisance sont prévues mais nous devons le préparer nous- même .Il manque un peu de frais ( fruits, fromage )

10.0Staying at Gianna’s apartment was a wonderful experience. She was extremely attentive right from the moment we booked, sending us great tips about the area. As our arrival approached, she provided precise directions on how to get to the apartment and welcomed us warmly for check-in, where we were even greeted with a bottle of prosecco! She also shared fantastic recommendations for local bakeries, restaurants, and sightseeing. The apartment is perfectly located, just a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale station. The place itself is excellent—fully air-conditioned, with a lovely street view and a balcony overlooking an inner courtyard. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and the fridge and pantry were thoughtfully stocked with breakfast items. Maximum rating for our amazing host!
