Gelungener Aufenthalt in einem außergewöhnlichen Objekt
9.0Modere Ausstattung der Wohnung, großer Pool (leider ohne Sonnenschutz), Sauberkeit sehr gut, WLAN stabil, Küchengeräte und Waschmaschine sehr sauber und neuwertig, ideal für 2 Personen. Schöner Ausblick (leider kein Balkon oder Terrasse). Das einzige Restaurant 7 min zu Fuß, Il Pozzo ist sehr zu empfehlen. Zum Meer 15 Minuten mit dem Auto und zum Supermarkt 10 Minuten mit Auto. Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und versorgte uns mit Information rechtzeitig vor der Ankunft und stand danach auch für Fragen bereit. Optimal ist die Nutzung der Garage und passt auch für einen kleinen SUV. Eher für ruhesuchende Einzelpersonen und Paare geeignet da kein Spielplatz oder ähnliches vorhanden ist. Die Bilder in der Beschreibung entsprechen absolut den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten.
− Es handelt sich um eine noch nicht fertig gestellte Ferienanlage in der auch noch laufende Bauarbeiten an den Werktagen stattfinden. Ausschlafen nur bedingt möglich. Wir waren teilweise völlig allein im Objekt. Die Ferienanlage liegt in einem Ortsteil von Andora, in einer ruhigen und strukturarmen Gegend. Fussläufig ist nichts erreichbar. Insektenschutz in den Fenstern ist empfehlenswert und war nicht vorhanden.
