The Snug is a gem!
10.0Everything. Decor is beautiful, good quality furnishings, quirky and cosy. Location is perfect 10 minute walk into Norwich main city centre. Apartment was exceptional, clean and well equipped. Host communication clear concise and helpful. Parking available at property, and we could park earthen check in time and leave longer after check out. It’s called the snug but it’s actually very spacious and homely.
− There’s absolutely nothing to dislike about the property. My one issue is 10.00am check out is a tad early.

8.0Spacious Comfortable beds
− Bathroom was very cold Needs towel rad or radiator. The copper fancy piping in bathroom was red hot but doesn't warm bathroom at all.
Happy for a short stay
7.0We waited on ourselves, so did our own breakfast etc. It was by a main road but could not hear anything outside.
− Could have had a few more utensils (like tongs) small frying pan would have been nice.
Fun flat in a great location
8.0Great location and fun flat - with a quirky and fun vibe. Good value for money. Host was super helpful and it was easy to get access etc.
− Single beds need better mattresses, bedding and pillows. The bathroom door is not private and there were some broken blinds which need repair.
