Apartments were fine, but

− troubled host. I left too much energy..

Too bad the city is not clean.

The property is newly refurbished, we were ( from what we were told) the second to rent it. We stayed for 3 days. Had everything you needed, including instructions manuals if you couldn't figure out any of the utility stuff. Close to the beach, to the shops, restaurants, clean, with A/C.

− The customer service was awful. And a the tourist tax of 22€ makes no sense. We had trouble with our Internet on the phones, we contacted the number we were given to ask for the access code for the keys. The person (Giuseppe or whatever his name is) was not helpful at all, kept on telling us to check the link although we said our Internet was not working. Phrases such as "check again", " you are so close" as if this was a game. All of this while waiting on the hot weather with a child. When we finally managed to access the link( Internet started working), we entered and he told us there is some kind of an issue with the electric panel which kind of put as off as this is a major safety thing. This electricity problem was connected to the top stove which was not working properly. In the end, they send us a lovely lady which dealt with the situation and apologised for the situation. The city itself was not clean, the sidewalks are not in a good condition, there is dog poo everywhere The smell when you passed the recycling point was awful, especially in the heat. On the terraces, everyone smokes regardless that you eat or you have children. Also, many people did not speak English or refused to answer due to their pride, even though this is a touristic area. The beach, even private ones, had cigarette buds in the sand. I am sorry Italy but you have a lot to learn in manners. Too bad for this place.
