7.0Ubicación perfecta , espacioso y con todo lo necesario para estancia perfecta . Facilidad de aparcamiento
− Falta de mantenimiento de las instalaciones : los desagües de las duchas estaban atascados y se desbordaba el agua . Las ventanas no cerraban bien La limpieza era muy justa, superficial : acumuló de suciedad en rincones ,detrás de muebles, extractor grasiento

− The sink and shower drains upstairs kept getting clogged. Cleanliness could have been better. Kitchenware was inadequate.

7.0− Réseau électrique à revoir surtout au niveau des salles de bains avec des branchements non adaptés et potentiellement dangereux ( lampe branchée près de la douche au rez de chaussée). La literie est aussi en fin de vie...bruits de ressort et inconfort .

7.0Excellent location if a bit of a climb from the centre. ( not too steep). Everything we needed. Pleasant
− Generally clean except greasy extraction fan in kitchen and other things. Benches clean though. Front door lock loose, badly fitted and difficult. Leaking washer in shower dripped continually. Window catches missing in places
