The real deal, true Redwoods glamping!

Truly off the grid, hot tub was a nice touch

Concerning to have food or cook cause the critters are close! Nothing a few sandwiches and breakfast in town didn't cure.

I can’t it was just too much…..very disappointing 😩😢

1.0

Everything by the time I finally got there I was almost crying 😢 I was supposed to be some where else at a certain time. I received a Mesage via email with very complicated instructions there was no internet or cell reception until I arrived at the property. In my Mesage I was told that I shouldn’t use navigation or directions because it will misguide you which I believe is plain and simple misleading it’s because there’s no reception out there . I was also told that the location I needed to be at and to attend was only 20 min away from the property when in actuality it was like 45 min or more. I wasn’t informed till the day of or the day before that I haft to drive way up into the hills up a very dangerous dirt road, with rocks gravel and loose dirt that causes your car to slip, an slide I have 4 wheel drive an I barely made it. It’s doesn’t say anything about all this in the booking. I went back and forth twice it was horrifying the drive alone. I would never do that to someone. It really destroyed my whole trip out there. Once I finally got there everything looked I won the outside but once I got inside the tent it smelled like a man’s sweat an just nasty. Like if no one had cleaned the bed or the sheets or the sweat was so deep into the mattress. I had to lay my own blanket and another blanket I found that was clean folded on a chair. Honesty smelled so bad I just wanted to leave I was disgusted. Then there was a cat that obviously probably sleeps inside regularly or something car belonged on property it seemed no mention of this to me either I had trouble sleeping at kept waking me up an trying to get in and it looked like there was scratches an rips all around the tent looked like the cat may have scratched it all up so there’s duck tape in about 4-5 different places where cold air could get in. My be if it felt safe I swear some one came an peaked inside my tent like twice when I was sleeping partially undressed. I only stayed one night and part of the day

Beautiful tent but on a steep difficult road.

Remote, fun for a night or two.

It was very private and we felt safe. The owners did a great job with fencing, etc., to provide privacy and keep it cozy.

It was remote (which shouldn’t be a surprise). We felt like we needed to do all our touring and “in town” stuff, like all meals, before returning to our yurt for the evening.

Loved the hot tub, work unexpectedly came up and wifi was EXCELLENT, the place just had a beautiful vibe, and Ernesto that showed us around when we arrived was super friendly. Thanks to all of you!
