8.0Good location for access to Park Dean resort & access to Newton Beach. Greggs & small Co-op 2 mins walk away which was handy as was another convenience store linked with a Bargain Booze. Three good within 5 mins walk - The Globe, The Ancient Britton & The Jolly Sailor. The Ancient Britton in particular was very good serving good food & dog friendly. The town centre if walking was a good 20 mins - 30 mins walk either via main road or through the caravan park & along the coastal walk passing what was Coney Beach Fairground.
− Parking was an issue due to the property being on a busy main road. I didn't have my car this time but finding a parking spot would be challenging. Not many coffee shops in the area it either meant a walk to the caravan park or the time centre or coffee vans along the way whilst walking.

− Hot water in kitchen didn’t seem to come through at one point even though we hadn’t used any hot water. Was ok other times. In general, everything was great- thank you
