4.0It was clean, and that’s my only positive. The beds suck, breakfast sucked, our shower had a nice, full-sized, EMPTY bottle of shower gel…. And, this part is sort of on me, I forgot my leftovers from dinner in our room. Went back to grab them about 5 til checkout and my key was already not working. However, I then said “excuse me” to housekeeping the next room over to which they happily ignored me. I finally went back downstairs to check out after giving up and mentioned this (the lack of shower products - which was discovered about an hour before checkout and we still had to pack back up, and the leftovers/being blown off by housekeeping) to the front desk, to which she responded “how would you like your receipt”. Not an ounce of sympathy, empathy, nothing. After I stared at her for a second, she finally said “do you want let back into your room?” Like it was an inconvenience. At this point, just throw them away. Awful service. If I wanted to be uncomfortable and unable to shower, I would have just camped in a tent for free.
