7.0Staff in the restaurant and shop are friendly, most rooms i booked for my family are great except our villa.(villa 1 i think)
− Our villa had a funky smell like is coming from the sewerage. The bed still has plastic like it's brand new so we hear it every time we turn. The key on our door kept turning and it was difficult to unlock/lock, aparently it was already listed for maintenance. After our late night swim, the door was too difficult to open, called the night shift staff, it took him a while but couldn't open it either, then he called for a back up, so we waited. The 'back up guy' took out the whole lock so there was a hole. We went in to the room and can only use latch from the inside to keep ourself safe. When we checked out in the morning, i mentioned it to the reception and they are not even aware of what happened the night before. I looked for the manager but they didn't seem keen for me to talk to a higher up staff so i gave up and finished the check out process - i left the place feeling disappointed but my family had a great time! Thank you.
