10.0The location, service, and cuisine were wonderful. Surrounded by palm trees, you could see and hear the sea. It is a small but delightful place where you felt truly well looked after. Freshly prepared meals every day and a very attentive host. We had a fantastic time at Thira Beach Home.

10.0A beautiful place, in a lovely location, run by great people. Thira Beach Home is a very novel take on an Indian "homestay"; it is a newly built 2 room place that offers the feel of a home stay in a very clean and modern environment. The excellent food is cooked by the lady who lives next door and the owner is always reachable to offer advice on local trips and outings. For us, coming off a pretty intense 12 days touring Rajisthan, it was exactly what we needed as a place to relax - very peaceful and 100 yds from the beach. The food was so good that we only ate out once (when on a Tuk-Tuk tour) in our 5 days there !
− Very little - as mentioned, we wanted a place to crash for a few days, for which it was ideal. It is a ten/15 minute (inexpensive) Tuk-Tuk ride to the local town.

9.0Mr. Babu was very accommodating; we arrived a bit early with the newborn baby, but he still permitted early check-in. Both the owner and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and Ambili Chechi served us nice, homely meals with fresh fish on the side. A very secluded homestay with private beach access, worth visiting.
Healing
10.0Thira home stay is the place where you can find Mare, Sol, and Saltesine. My friend and I found the stay to have been rejuvenating and refreshing. I spend a lot of time on the beach. The food is amazing - Babu and his sister Pravathy are excellent hosts. Absolutely enjoyed this healing time in nature with Mama Ocean!
