Nothing cause they don't let me in.

− One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I am a Moroccan citizen, not a foreigner. I reserved this apartment for 2 nights for my sister-in-law and her husband. Her husband is not Moroccan, and they do not yet have a Moroccan marriage certificate because he is here to complete the process. I clearly explained everything to the owner and provided all the required documents. I even asked if he needed any further information, but he said no. Later, he refused their stay, saying that without a marriage certificate they are not allowed. He even started to pressure and blackmail me, repeatedly saying that if I didn’t send the marriage certificate, he would not give access, and if I didn’t send ID, he would also refuse access. This happened multiple times. I am not making accusations without proof—I have all the conversations saved between me and him. I even told him that if there was any issue, we could call the police and resolve everything properly. However, he completely ignored me, as if I didn’t even exist. The booking was under my name, and I told him that I would stay there myself instead and give them my own apartment, just to respect his conditions. Even with that, he still refused to answer any of my calls or messages. After long hours of waiting without any response, he finally told me to cancel from my side and said he would accept it, but in a very arrogant and rude way.

Étant avec un collègue de travail, j’ai choisi de dormir dans le salon et j’ai demandé une couverture, mais j’ai reçu comme réponse un message indiquant qu’il n’y avait pas de couvertures disponibles. L’appartement ne possède qu’un seul lit. De plus, il y a un problème d’odeur désagréable qui s’est révélée provenir de la bouteille de gaz. Enfin, la douche est mal conçue, ce qui fait que l’eau de la douche s’accumule dans la salle de bain. Le mobilier est très insuffisant : seulement quelques verres, de petites assiettes et un couteau à fruits.

L’appartement est propre et bien équipé, le parking est disponible et le personnel de sécurité est très serviable.

− Le bruit de la route est fort, il faut fermer toutes les fenêtres pour pouvoir dormir.
