− Parking is a bit pain. House is in steep terrain, parking at the house is not possible and paid parking is about 8mins away.

8.0Good hid-away location from downtown (it was hilly to get to the property, but we like it!). Great communication from the host. Very cozy and comfy place with a kitchen to make simple meals.
