7.0Wszystko fajnie i spoko, tylko to osiedle geriatryczne. Starzy ludzie którzy tam mieszkają w tym „Pani Prezydent” ma o wszystko problem. Gdyby nie geriatryczni sąsiedzi jak w domu starców to byłaby 10 no ale jednak to spory minus gdy nie możesz nic robić bo ten ma Alzheimera a kolejny coś innego. 🫣 czuliśmy się nie mile widziani

9.0Very clean apartment with modern decor, comfy beds and sofa/chairs, great WiFi, plenty of wardrobe space, kitchen is well equipped including a dishwasher, towels/beach towels provided. Well positioned for access to the pool. Lovely location with sea view.
− Some lamps would be great as the overhead lamps are a bit too bright for relaxing.

10.0Дуже сподобалося перебування!!! Чудове розташування з видом на океан, затишна тераса, чисто, комфортно, є всі зручності, менеджер завжди на зв'язку і відповідає на всі питання. Поруч пляж ла Арена та скелі Лос Гігантес. Зручна парковка. Тихо, для відпочинку з дітьми просто бездоганно!
Issues regarding cleanliness and maintenance
6.0The location was okay
− The apartment needs a deep cleaning; the taps, kettle, and pots are covered in heavy, yellow, limescale. Also one bedroom lacks working light and another has a broken fan. Finally, the flat is missing an indoor dining table, which is problematic since it was too cold to eat outside.

10.0All was perfect. For me missing dark curtains in evening. And in afternoon is very hot. Pool opens only on 10:00.
