7.0Decent facilities Comfy beds Double driveway, relatively quiet area Would stay again, as mostly met our needs, just a bit of a TLC needed.
− Typical horizon stays accommodation, need some maintenance, whether thats not being communicated from cleaners or previous occupants. Bedroom door hanging off the hinges Another bedroom door a pain to close due to a mangled doorplate Shower tray has a big dip in the middle and potential hairline crack starting. All carpets need a good hoover. Back door unlocked when we checked into property. All reported.

7.0Nice and cheap and ideal for what we required
− The cleanliness of the property was not great, not properly vacuumed before arrival. Couple of maintenance issues reported but quick replies.

9.0House was great , warm , comfortable, shower was great, slight niggles tv antenna not best for picking channels up and a minor cleanliness issues , but for what I needed it was great value for money , couldn’t complain at all, working nights , couldn’t get a hotel room cheaper . Brilliant

− No lock on bathroom door, also with it being a 4 bed property only a single toilet/bathroom, could do with additional if possible. Information needs updating about key lockbox now changed to smart lock, had to ring for code as had not been supplied.
Very clean property, easy to access and very good value for money.
7.0The house was very clean and comfy. Good space downstairs to relax in.
− We had some issues with the heating but apart from that it was an enjoyable stay.
Comfortable, clean, and spacious.

− If we had to be extremely picky, there was no lock on the bathroom door.
