1.0Falta de seriedad, recibí un correo a las 3pm el mismo día del chekin ya estando en el lugar notificando qué la habitación no estaba disponible y no teniendo otras opciones
− La falta de organización y seriedad, deberían tener una alternativa para las habitaciones qué van a cancelar, suerte que la competencia tenía habitación disponible, pero que mala experiencia
