Beautiful gem of a brownstone amidst blocks of abandoned buildings
10.0The brownstone itself was perfectly appointed, super clean & very comfortable - all new & modern interior. Air conditioning and fan in room were cool, perfect for our hot summer day/night. Street parking outside of the flat. Host was extremely responsive & communicative, which was wonderful! Our Master Suite was exactly like photos and a great value. Very pleased with accommodations inside.
− The neighborhood, Oliver, is still quite questionable and not yet fully gentrified. As two females, the street did make us feel a bit nervous for our safety. Ensor Street is well-lit but there are abandoned building across the street & in this row.

8.0The room and kitchen was very nice and decorated.
− The bed was simply a flat sheet and no blankets. It was not a great sleep, and the neighbors around blasted music early in the morning for hours.
