5.0El desayuna repetitivo, además si querés cambiar un refresco por un te caliente te lo cobran adicional, lo que resulta muy molesto, que te esten diciendo "eso tiene un costo adicional"

8.0Hôtel simple au calme avec des beaux espaces communs, légèrement excentré. Le personnel est charmant et accueillant, le petit déjeuner de qualité
− Peu ou pas de rangement dans les chambres. Pour une nuit pas de soucis pour un séjour plus long .... peu ou pas d'eau chaude.

6.0Sehr schönes Hotel mit Innengarten, sehr schöne Deko ( Wand und Innenräume ), sehr freundliches Personal bei der Rezeption, Flughafenshuttle hat super funktionniert, pünktlich und gross genug für die ganze Familie.
− Preis/Leistungsverhältnis hat leider nicht gepasst: Bettwäsche war nicht sauber, Dusche war warm aber leider mangelt es an Sauberkeit im Bad. Ich würde dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen aber nur um einen güngstigeren Preis, sonst ist es schade ums Geld. Frühstück leider sehr entäuschend: ich reise seit über 20Jahren nach Guatemala, und weiss wie ein leckeres Frühstück schmeckt. Nur Kaffee und Ice tea für die Kinder, keine Tortillas beim desayuno typico...kein mosch

9.0Bed was amazing. Great pillows, soft sheets, awesome.mattress. quiet dead end street allows for easy sleeping. Staff was very helpful and responsive.
− Shower pressure is weak, hot water goes in and out.
