Beautiful villa, spacious and modern.
10.0The property was beautiful.Plenty of room inside and out for our family of five adults. Pool area is a sun trap.

6.0Die Lage war super sehr ruhig mit Blick auf die Berge bis auf die Baustelle gegenüber.
− Leider war die Terrasse verschmutzt mit vielen Wasserbomben von den Mietern vor uns. Die Terrasse war teilweise kaputt und der Holzboden defekt. Teilweise standen Nägel heraus. Leider gab es viele Mosquitis aber es waren alle Hilfsmittel
Good to know
The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines
In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside of those hours. New keys must be collected at our office by the guest.
On the day of departure, no garbage should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be applied.
Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
