It was a good location, very clean and had all the amenities

− No air conditioner, front door didn't latch with the wind

Host left tea bags, Keurig and some K Cups and other necessities such as spices, lots of cooking utensils for use which was exceptional. We didn't need to bring much from home at all! Host also provided board games for rainy days. We felt very much at home. Also has a washer & dryer to do your own laundry, but you need to bring your own laundry soap. The yard was huge and right on the river. Host communicated very well and was approachable.

− Nothing could have better, everything was as stated and had what we needed.

− Property was clean but very dated. Advertising would suggest the home was right next to the river. Location is actually on Hwy 62 and heavy and loud. No a/c was very warm. Had rented for two nights but only stayed for one. Not a property for relationship.

I loved everything about this great little house! We had the place all to ourselves, and accessing the property was done via door code that was sent to us in advance of our arrival via email. Although we never met our hosts in person, they were very nice to deal with through the whole process before and after our stay. The facilities for a "cottage" are great (spacious bathroom with good shower water pressure and temperature, spacious eat-in kitchen, propane BBQ on back deck). There were also cool little features like white noise devices in the bedrooms to help you sleep. The location is great, too, as we walked into town each morning via a pedestrian footbridge and path. I hope to come back and stay here again!

− The bedrooms are small, which is fine by me but may be a little more difficult with a larger group. It's a minor nitpick, but the beds were set up with a comforter/bedspread and fitted sheet but no sheet. I would have liked a sheet between me and the light comforter.

Very clean property, very spacious backyard with river look, big fire pit for night family reunion, and lots of space for children to play soccer and tennis.

− Wish there were extra bedrooms with attached washrooms.
