It was a pleasant surprise to find the property backed directly onto the stream and the park. We were able to take the youngest children the short walk to the park and playground within where we found the locals were very friendly. The neighbours we met were also friendly. It made us feel very comfortable there. I was, if Im truthful, expecting the property to be a slightly tired version of the photos and trust me it really is exactly as the photos, not tired in any way. There was everything you could want and all in excellent condition. Everything was where you would expect it to be so the attention to detail is also faultless. It was spotlessly clean and Stephen, the host, answered every question I had quickly and supplied us with all the information we needed so the stay was seamless. Absolutely perfect for us, we were an extended family of grandparents, children and grandchildren and every member of the family loved the house and settled in immediately - I cannot recommend highly enough.

Beautiful interior design, well kept and clean. Extremely spacious with an easy check in and check out. Great communication from the host. Felt so comfortable and at home.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Stephen place! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The house is exactly as described, even better in person! Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, hither green train station was nearby making it easy to explore London and local amenities for your everyday needs was only 5 min walk away. The host was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed. Their local tips were also spot-on, helping me make the most of my visit. I would highly recommend this propert to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Great modern space that has all you need

I have never given a straight 10 before and I have booked many spaces. The property was amazing, the location was central to our other family and easy to get into London. The well laid and thoughtful resources made this a perfect place to stay. Beds so comfortable. Lots of space. Extra details like keys for each room, plenty of crockery and glasses, seating etc. superb
