1.0Avoid Avoid Avoid Terrible Cold no customer service we did not stay the night and got charged did not refund us the money. Unsafe told lady no catch on 1st floor window told us to look after our children -1st floor window opened out anyone could fall out and die. Unsecure anyone could walk in and out and when locked door from inside young children can open the door no lock unsafe and unsecure.
− Disgrace shut down stole our money we left straight away as unsecure and unsafe will result in a death. Owner DID NOT Refund our money prepayment rip off

− The beds are small. And the water was not as hot as i wanted it to be

9.0Perfect room for 3 fellas to spend the night in athlone...10 min to centre and right beside railway station...there are no staff in attendance except between 3 and 5, but the staff in restaurant downstairs seem to be associated with the accomm management and were very helpful. They allowed me park my motorbike in the restaurant yard...very grateful for that...room was perfect...good hot shiwer (just need to wait a mijute for it to heat up...no big deal)...beds very comfy...room clean and spacious and excellent for the price (€130 for the night for 3 peeps)...access very simple by card...Wifi is free...and fast...would easily recommend 👍
− Well, could have done with a bath mat for outside the shower...floor got wet easily...a small crib tho!
It was very good, clean and it's a 10 minute walk to city centre.

8.0Cheap and cheerful and clean room, in a great town centre location. The room was spacious and there was an en suite shower provided. There is a breakfast room also, if you book a breakfast in advance.
− The front door was locked on arrival. There was a telephone number on the front door and when I rang it was answered and was able to check in. Some reviewers said they would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but that was not a problem for us. There was a spare kettle left on the reception desk, for guest use and a jug of water and glasses provided. You would have to bring up your own tea or coffee, cup and milk, etc.
