Belle vue et belle situation, proche de tout
8.0Salon et terrasse donnant sur une très belle vue sur la marina. Proximité du centre et du paséo, très belle situation, proche des facilités. Terrain de tennis La propreté et la superficie.
− La cuisine est froide, pas de lave vaisselle et manque de certain ustensile. Mauvaise isolation. La douche a une très faible pression d eau et le chauffe eau a une petite capacité, difficile de se laver les cheveux (longs)... et accès pas très agréable.

− Il bagno seppur nuovo e completo ha problemi di circolazione d'aria ,di cui non ritengo responsabile la proprietà .,piuttosto credo siano problemi fognari.
