7.0Great location and the property is well taken care of. The pool and the beach is close by which is a bonus. Friendly staff and restaurants and shopping outside the property is walking distance.
− Work during the day happening either on the elevator or the unit next door, or next floor was loud. Made it hard to rest during the day with loud noise going on.

Love it there! Really didn't want to leave.
10.0Loved the pool area, the restaurant, Happy Hour, and all of the nice people around. Walked to a lot of very good restaurants, walked to Costco, and took an Uber home. We tried the local bus (by the Mall next door), it is only 20 pesos to Old Town and very easy to do. The Shopping Mall next door was nice, and the Mac Store gave me some iPhone help. Liked the washer/dryer and used the portable drying rack for wet bathing suits and damp towels.
− The place was lovely, but we would have liked a few more comfortable chairs inside and out. There were only two nice deck chairs for 4 pp. We would pull some dining room chairs (not too comfortable) to the deck to listen to the fabulous restaurant saxophone player. Inside, people who like to read may also benefit from a more comfortable chair (than the couch or a straight-back chair). We were told there had been a new cleaning team; someone may need to teach them how to clean the floors. They were still very dusty. All else was perfect.

10.0The property is beautiful, I feel like we got our money’s worth. The pools and the gym facilities are excellent. The apartment was perfect, the host was excellent. Highly recommend this spot.
