8.0It was very clean,and well-equipped. The beds were nice. The kitchen was clean but small and had all you would need. It wasn't far from the beach.
− The stairs were a bit much for us even though we knew about them. You need to be fit to do them every day.

− Front door to the building was not secure (flat itself was ok). Water pressure was not great.

Nicely prepared apartment, with convenient location.
9.0Location was convenient for the theatres. Close to the Bus routes too. Street parking is ok overnight, but quite pricey during the day. We parked in the nearby NCP at Trinity Place which was good value at £7.45 for 24 hrs - only 3 minutes walk - use the NCP app to pre-book and pay.
− After a days walking on the Seven Sisters, 4 flights of stairs to the top floor seems a long way!
