10.0Im Umfeld der Wohnung befinden sich tolle Freizeit- und Kultureinrichtungen (Klimahaus, Auswandererhaus, Zoo am Meer), die Lage am Neuen Hafen ist toll die Wohnung ist modern geschnitten und gut ausgestattet es gibt eine kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit direkt neben dem Gebäude die Vermieterin erläutert die Gegebenheiten vor Ort umfassend und sympathisch

9.0Lage ist fantastisch! Vieles lässt sich zu Fuß erleben, ob Shopping, Museum, Zoo, Deichspaziergang, etc.
− Eigentlich war die Wohnung groß genug und die Küche hatte alles was man braucht. Bei den anderen Zimmer fehlte aber überall was zum ablegen oder hinhängen. In der Abstellkammer stand alles auf dem Boden und in der Dusche musste man auch alles auf den Boden stellen.
Traumhafte Lage
9.0Die Lage ist fantastisch, direkt am Wasser und den Havenwelten.
− Es fehlten leider Sitzgelegenheiten auf dem schönen Balkon. Es war nur noch einer von ehemals 2 Korbsesseln vorhanden. Ein kleines Sofa draußen wäre schön!

− Die Wohnung ist auf keinen Fall für 4 Personen geeignet! Mehr als unbequeme Schlafcouch, keine Verdunklung!
Could have easily been a 5-star rating but with no welcoming items, and no window shades.

− was supposed to be for 4 people using softa bed as 2nd bedroom. But with nothing to block the sun and Bremerhaven having light between 5AM and 10PM and facing east makes It is nearly impossible to sleep late. For two people - great - good bedroom and closet area. Also, when people arrive usually there is a welcome package so they can shower, have coffee/tea and something while reading the information booklet and deciding what to do. The nice patio view, etc. would have made this perfect. But the package was missing. The kitchen contained the minimal essentials - missing such things as oven Mit for hot items, large bowls, recycle bags, etc. The apt was clean, well decorated, with modern applicates and bathroom, great location, can walk to almost everything, and view of the inner harbor. Pictures were accurate. It just lacks the little final touches. Too bad I had wished to give it a 5-star rating.
