9.0Traumhaftes Haus in sehr gutem Zustand und guter, ruhiger Lage. Sehr nettes und engagiertes Eigentümerpaar, die immer in kürzester Zeit für uns da waren.
− In der Region gibt es häufiger Stromausfälle, die zum Ausfall der Klimaanlage oder der Pooltechnik führten. Das Eigentümerpaar ist aber sehr engagiert und hat bereits nach 5-10 min die Probleme immer abgestellt. Durch technische Weiterentwicklung der lokalen öffentlichen Stromversorgung soll das aber in naher Zukunft erledigt sein. Außerdem gibt es in der Region viele Ameisen, die man im Haus entweder erdulden oder täglich selbst bekämpfen muss
