10.0Oda ferah, içeride buzdolabı, diş macunu, traş ve temizlik malzemeleri vardı. Kahvaltısı çok güzeldi her damak tadına uygun doyurucu lezzetler vardı. Personel ilgili ve yardımseverdi özellikle Ulubeg ve Timurlan yardımcı oldular. Ulubegin Türkçe bilmesi ve yardımcı olması çok güzeldi. Chek out yaptıktan sonra valizlerimizin otelde muhafaza edilmesine izin vermeleri ve bunun için bir odanın olması çok güzeldi. Markete ve kozmonotlar metro istasyonlarına yürüme mesafesinde. Odalar modern ve yeni.

− WiFi zayıftı , duş kabin kapısının olmaması biraz rahatsızlık veriyor, odalarda alkol içilmesine izin verilmemesine anlam veremedim

− ジムを利用したが、機械のメンテが不十分と見られ、ボルトが緩んで部品が上から落ちてきた…。手締めで戻しておきましたが…。

− AC was not enough. The shower cabin doesn't have a door. The refrigerator is not cooling.

10.0The breakfast is really awesome 👏🏻 and Ulug’bek is considerable ! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk staff especially Ulug’bek was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions I had. Their warm hospitality made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again. Thank you for the excellent service!
− The air condition in 1107 didn’t work very well, not cold enough
