− Es war leider sehr kalt als wir da waren, das konnte mit der Heizung nicht ausgeglichen werden.

− This property demands a $100 security deposit per room and it is not mentioned anywhere in their booking.com listing or terms and conditions. We found out about the deposit WHEN WE WERE ALREADY SITTING IN OUR ROOM. Highly unprofessional approach, Karen and her manager tried to explain that the process is “standard” at other locations despite not mentioning it at all until we arrived.
