The location, stunning views, lifestyle pure.. Top restaurant, pool and beach bar and amazing staff… Generally, we had amazing stay in Mare Blue Suites hotel. Would recommend it to everyone who wants to have a relaxed vacation next to the beach …

Excellent beachfront location and as we paid for a sea view room, we were happy. Just a short walk along the seafront to shops and restaurants and convenient for the green land train excursions. We went in September and there were always loungers available on the beach. The daily cleaning was excellent and we enjoyed a good massage in the wellness centre attached to the property.

− Breakfast was a bit monotonous and much the same every day. The siting of the pool does not encourage use and we didn’t see anyone in it.

− les joins de la douche étaient moisis, le sol était sale, sale de bain très humide sol tout le temps mouillé pour accéder aux toilettes. personnel à qui il faut répéter 3 fois les choses pour les obtenir, radins en gel douche.

Hotel was nice enough, all inclusive lacked a bit of variety

The location was excellent and the room had a great view

− Wasn’t sure what the pool was all about as not really usable. Sun beds are a bit of a free for all as people are wise to the fact that they are free to use so others (not staying at the hotel) use them. Hotel staff need to remove towels at night as some people just left towels on them for days (and over night)..

Disappointed not a Greek holiday Hotel

The room was clean. The balcony and the view from it was lovely. A good choice of food on the breakfast buffet.

− We had booked a room with a sea view that wasn't what we were given,we had to complain to get the room we had booked. The shower soaked the floor each time it was used. Half of our clothes we couldn't hang up as hangers suitable for trousers were not provided and not available when we asked. The sign on the reception desk clearly states you can pay to keep your room for extra hours on the day you leave. It doesn't say if available which ours wasn't. You are directed to the shower, which is with the toilets near the reception area. This is very clean, but it doesn't have a door, so there is no privacy. One of the reception staff did not speak any English,you had to resolve your query yourself or wait till someone was on duty who spoke English. We coped, but what if the problem was urgent. This hotel is predominately all inclusive nowhere on booking .com website does it say this. We would not have booked this hotel had we known this.

Hotel was at a good location with many activities near by. we rented ATV's from a walking distance location and have

The beach was just outside. Breakfast was delicious. Many restaurants were walking distance with delicious food.

− The fact that we had to give them 20e cash to get a beach towel. it was reimbursed when we returned it but why not just put it on the room charge and reverse it when towels are returned? it made no sense to me.
