9.0Ottima posizione e vista dalla terrazza meravigliosa. Nonostante il self check-in il proprietario è sempre stato molto presente e disponibile. Rispetto ai commenti precedenti abbiamo trovato la porta e tutte le finestre tranne quella di cucina dotate di zanzariere. Consigliatissimo
− Unica pecca manca la lavatrice ma c’è la lavastoviglie

10.0Posizione magnifica, terrazza molto piacevole da utilizzare, la casa ben curata e gradevole negli arredi, soddisfatta di tutto.
Prima volta a Capraia - relax TOTALE. Un viaggio nel tempo indietro di 30 anni.
10.0La casa è in una posizione panoramica che offre una visione spettacolare direttamente sul mare. L'abitazione è molto accogliente, pulita e funzionale, il grande terrazzo continuamente ventilato è la stanza che di giorno si utilizza di più, anche grazie all'enorme ombrellone a disposizione. Il porto è facile da raggiungere, 10 minuti di discesa a piedi, mentre per la salita c'è un piccolo autobus turistico che costa 1€ a tratta a persona.
− La mancanza del climatizzatore nella mansarda, dove potrebbero dormire quattro persone. Ci sono due climatizzatori invece al piano terra, noi personalmente non abbiamo mai utilizzato quello della camera matrimoniale.
